Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Job Manager, Strategy, Performance, and Digital Transformation to lead the strategic roadmaps for the Material Organization in Aerospace Canada. You will direct a multidisciplinary team focused on strategy, performance management, and digital transformation initiatives.

In this role you will govern the project portfolio, develop KPIs and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement. You will partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities to optimize processes

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex manufacturing or operational environment.
• Proven experience in organizational transformation and deployment of strategic initiatives.
• Strong background in project portfolio governance and performance management.
• Experience implementing digital solutions and leading change management initiatives.
• Strong leadership with ability to engage and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic roadmaps for the Material Organization.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on strategy, performance management, and digital transformation.
• Oversee the governance of the portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and management dashboards.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, and data-driven initiatives.
• Ensure the governance and evolution of the Operational Control Center.

• Experience implementing digital solutions and leading change management initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop talent.

Assets

• Knowledge of performance management and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent).
• Knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, data analytics, and data governance.
• Understanding of maintenance, engineering, asset management, and industrial project processes.
• Experience developing or enhancing operational control centers.
• Experience in the aerospace industry or other highly regulated environments.
