Job summary

Stelvio Inc. is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance to lead financial modelling for acquisitions and support financing, capital markets activity, and investor communications. You will work closely with senior finance leaders and provide board-ready materials for strategic transactions.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, with strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and CPA/CFA designation. A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required, MBA is welcome, and the package includes

• 5–7 years’ experience, including meaningful time in investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory or private equity.
• Direct experience executing M&A transactions.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with expert-level Excel.
• Exposure to debt financing or equity capital markets.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and a CPA or CFA designation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP and the ability to produce clear, board-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Build three-statement, valuation and merger models for potential acquisitions.
• Support M&A due diligence and prepare investment memos and board presentations.
• Analyse debt financing options, credit agreements and covenant scenarios.
• Support equity raises and public markets readiness, including potential up-listing, cross-listing and IPO work.
• Prepare investor presentations and quarterly earnings materials.
• Work with Legal, Accounting, investment banks and other advisers to execute transactions.

Reporting to the VP, FP&A, you’ll work closely with senior finance leaders on financial modelling, due diligence and transaction execution. This is an individual contributor role with direct exposure to executive and board-level decisions.
