About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager, Software Development who takes great pride in both the technical and business aspects of their work. You’ll lead a team of engineers, shape the architecture of our platforms, and drive innovation that directly impacts our customers and partners.

This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days in the office, based in the Vancouver, BC area.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with business leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new features and services.
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team through mentorship, hiring, and process improvements.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, DevOps, QA, and the business to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Set a high-quality bar in the team as we deliver world-class solutions for our customers and partners.

Who You Are

• Proven experience leading software development teams in agile environments. 5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Expertise in C# .NET, MS SQL Server, Angular, and REST APIs. Experience with System Design and Architecture and scaling applications to handle millions of transactions per day.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns , event-based architecture, and cloud platforms (especially Azure, Azure Functions, Web Jobs).
• Bonus: Experience in eCommerce or logistics environments.

Compensation

The Salary Range for this role is between $130,000 and $160,000, depending on experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. We offer a comprehensive range of benefits which includes:
