Job summary

Doctors of BC is seeking a Manager, Shared Care (12 Month Contract) to lead the SCC&SI analytics portfolio and align it with the organisation’s strategic objectives. You will supervise the analytics team, mentor staff, and ensure reporting, evaluation, and knowledge management support across partners.

Qualifications

• Expertise in evaluation, quality improvement, data visualization, and measurement for results.
• Experience planning, evaluation, performance measurement, and change management strategies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for briefs, reports, and presentations.
• Experience supervising and coordinating teams in complex systems with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the analyst team on evaluation and measurement.
• Lead the design and implementation of SCC evaluation projects to support learning.
• Oversee development and maintenance of analytics infrastructure (qualitative & quantitative).
• Manage reporting, analyses, frameworks, and operational materials for SCC & SI.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including physicians and ministry partners.
