Overview

Our Enterprise Solutions Practice is seeking a dynamic Technical Lead for our ServiceNow team nationally. We are looking for candidates passionate about service management and automation, with hands-on technology experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to see the big picture and fit with our culture.

What You Will Do
  • Design and implement a comprehensive ServiceNow solution.
  • Assist in client ServiceNow architecture design.
  • Coach and support a team of junior developers.
  • Lead ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Establish and implement best practices for processes and configurations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely engagement management, delivering client deliverables on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Assist in client pursuits and proposal development with support from senior leadership, collaborating to create thought leadership, white papers, and other assets.
  • Work with clients to assess current processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements, and develop and configure the platform.
  • Support the team responsible for ServiceNow implementation and administration, including managing configurations, gathering requirements, developing workflows, and QA testing.
What You Bring To The Role
  • 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • At least 2 years in a technical lead role.
  • Experience leading a team and mentoring junior staff.
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP.
  • Knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and scripted components.
  • Ability to customize UI and Service Portal.
  • Experience with integrations and migrations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration and large-scale implementations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Experience working with stakeholders, demonstrating relationship management skills.
  • Skills in workshop facilitation and documentation, with proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The expected salary range is $101,000 to $127,000, possibly with bonuses. Salary is based on location, skills, and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
