Brock University is seeking a Manager, Scheduling & Examination Operations to lead the development and delivery of the academic timetable, examination schedules, and space allocation. You will collaborate with academic units and campus partners to support enrolment planning, compliance, and a high-quality learning environment.
The role provides leadership for examinations, allocates teaching spaces, and works with Facilities Management on space readiness, renovations, and long-range planning.

Reporting to Associate Director, Enrolment Operations & Policy, t he Manager, Scheduling & Examination Operations provides institutional leadership and operational oversight for the development, planning, coordination, and delivery of the University's academic timetable, examination schedules, and academic space allocation. The Manager collaborates with academic units and internal campus partners to support strategic enrolment planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a high-quality student learning environment.
The Manager, Scheduling & Examination Operations provides leadership for the delivery of examinations to ensure all activities are conducted efficiently, securely, and in accordance with institutional standards.
Please note: This position may require occasional evenings and weekends based on operational needs.
