Uber for Business is seeking a strategic Sales Leader to head our Canada sales teams, expanding Uber’s B2B footprint with Enterprise, Mid-Market and growing companies. You’ll drive adoption of Uber for Business products and partner with marketing and product to align go-to-market plans.

Uber for Business is seeking a strategic, commercially-minded, and driven Sales Leader to lead our sales teams across Canada. Our team plays a critical role in expanding Uber’s footprint in the B2B space, partnering with the largest Enterprise, Mid-Market, and rapidly-growing companies across the region. We drive adoption of Uber for Business products such as ride services and meal solutions, operating as a key partner for businesses looking to streamline operations and enhance employee satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has experience in leadership roles in technology sales, has been a first or second line sales leader, and is an empathetic, data-driven, self-starter with experience in both mature and start-up environments. Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time. For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD $126,000 per year - CAD $140,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
