Uber is hiring in Toronto to drive growth by bringing local and regional merchants onto Uber Eats. You’ll handle high-volume outreach, in-person meetings, and contract negotiations to create sustainable economics for partners and Uber.
The role demands resilience, a gritty, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, and the ability to exceed ambitious monthly sales targets in a dynamic market. Equity and a comprehensive benefits package may be available depending on tenure and performance.
In this role, you will be the engine behind Uber Eats’ growth, responsible for bringing the best local and regional small and medium merchants onto our platform. This isn't a typical sales job—it's about navigating the messy reality of cold-calling, handling frequent rejection, and winning over busy business owners who don’t always have a script.
Success here requires a mix of grit and resourcefulness. You’ll need to thrive in a high-volume, high-stakes environment where you’re expected to make 50+ dials a day while maintaining the energy to close deals in person. If you are resilient, energized by ambitious quotas, and ready to take total ownership of your territory, this is where you’ll grow.
For Canada-based roles: The base hourly rate for this role is CAD $25.73 per hour - CAD $27.17 per hour. You may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves — we'd love to hear from you.
You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits. Explore our benefits.
