As the Team Lead, you aren't just managing a book of business; you are the architect of our strategy for these vital, expanding verticals. You will lead a high-performing Sales and Account Management team, bridging the gap between big-picture brand storytelling and granular, data-driven performance. Your mission is to deepen partnerships with Canada's top enterprise retailers and high-potential strategic accounts, unlocking innovative digital ad opportunities across our ecosystem.

For Canada-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is CAD $225,714 - CAD $250,000. The OTE includes a base salary range of CAD $158,000 per year - CAD $175,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of CAD $67,714 - CAD $75,000.
