Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Manager, Retail Brick & Mortar Channel, TH, Canada to drive retail sales, profitability, and execution in our brick & mortar restaurant channel.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Drive successful execution of retail initiatives in Tim Hortons Canada restaurants by collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, Field teams, and Marketing to launch national general merchandise products.
  2. Lead supply/demand forecasting for the retail brick & mortar channel.
  3. Manage the implementation of nationwide retail projects and initiatives, proactively resolving challenges and managing risks impacting business or strategic objectives.
  4. Manage planning and execution of all retail test markets from design to launch, working with cross-functional teams on test briefs, site selection, operations procedures, owner communications/surveys, and inventory optimization.
  5. Partner with Operations and Merchandising teams to create retail-specific restaurant execution standards to enhance visual merchandising, optimize inventory, improve labor efficiencies, and increase retail profitability.
  6. Conduct performance analytics including SKU sales, inventory turnover/shrinkage, restaurant KPIs, profitability, competitive benchmarking, and industry performance.
  7. Manage relationships with retail service vendors and partners.
  8. Assist in developing a store grading strategy based on restaurant format and site characteristics to tailor retail assortment and fixtures.
  9. Support the development and implementation of retail discounting and clearance strategies.
  10. Assist in developing national retail owner communication memos and surveys.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  1. Post-secondary degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Analytical, data-driven mindset with proficiency in quantitative analysis and insight synthesis for decision-making.
  3. Experience in forecasting and demand planning.
  4. Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders independently.
  5. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERPs and retail systems is a plus.
