This is an amazing opportunity to shape the FNHA’s organizational planning and reporting processes and structures. We are starting the Multi Year Health Plan renewal process, which is the FNHA’s strategic plan for the next 5 years, providing an opportunity to contribute to large strategic planning.
Title: Manager, Strategy, Performance and Reporting
Salary: $99,899 - $117,528 - $135,158 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
b Sinclair office location (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.
About The Role
As the Manager Strategy, Performance and Reporting you will provide leadership, strategic advice, and oversight to the development, review and implementation of strategic reporting, performance measurement and strategy and project management functions and practices. The position is responsible for the development of the FNHA Annual Report, quarterly reporting, department plans, mandate letters, performance measurement, overseeing strategic management of strategies and projects and other activities as required such community reporting analysis, the development of strategic reports and presentations and public facing documents.
