The Project Lead plays a key role in shaping and delivering global campaigns for a diverse roster of artists. You'll help craft long-term strategies that spark fan engagement, build communities, and drive successful releases - working closely with artists, artist management and a suite of departments across the business to deliver on key campaign objectives.
In this role, you'll drive strategy and lead audience and consumption growth initiatives across a mix of digital, social and traditional channels, ensuring every campaign reflects both the creative vision and global opportunity of each artist. The pay range for this role is:
