The Senior Manager, Marketing & Creative Strategy will be a proactive leader, overseeing and supporting clients strategically, creatively, and financially.

This role requires a solid understanding of business development, content management, paid media, influencer campaigns, experiential marketing, social media platforms and strategy, analytics, and reporting.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience managing Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Business Hub, WordPress platforms, including basic website maintenance such as updating graphics, and copy, and overseeing the application of the Notable Awards from end to end.

This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams , including creative, PR, and production teams. You will be involved in end-to-end campaign management, from initial concept development to execution and reporting, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all client account management activities at TNG, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage multiple client engagements with ease, working closely with account managers to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the project management team, providing mentorship and support to junior team members.
  • Lead the creation and generation of campaigns and performance reporting. Analyze and present in-depth campaign, paid media, social media, website, and influencer campaign analytics.
  • Utilize campaign performance data to inform & implement tactical improvements for all client and internal deliverables.
  • Respond to new project briefs, align internal teams, and present concepts, while also briefing the creative team and pitching directly to clients.
  • Maintain and ensure stewardship of the client’s tone, voice, and brand standards.
  • Develop, oversee, and execute comprehensive client campaigns, managing the process from ideation to execution, including detailed reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure all campaigns are on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic brand objectives.
  • Manage budgets and ensure agency profitability in alignment with the scope of work.
  • Coordinate and implement 360° marketing strategies alongside client marketing teams, including digital, social, and content strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts by understanding client objectives and aligning with agency capabilities.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly client sales quotas while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute content strategies that drive engagement across platforms, aligned with marketing plans, calendars, and reporting metrics.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency for all customer-facing content (including social media, advertorial campaigns, e-commerce, and award-related content).
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing and advertising trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Strategically acquire additional revenue streams from existing clients and bring on new clients.
  • Support business development by putting together winning strategies and presentations for new client acquisition.
  • Oversee and manage publications Notable Life and This Refined Society defining an annual editorial strategy including managing monthly editorial content calendars, content creation, paid media requests, advertorial campaigns, and event-driven content such as the Notable Awards.
  • End-to-end management of the Notable Awards, including content, coordination, marketing, and reporting, utilizing WordPress for website updates and basic maintenance.
  • Manage e-commerce functionality through WooCommerce and ensure a smooth operation of online transactions.
  • Perform basic WordPress website updates, including updating graphics, and copy, and working with external developers if needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of client account management experience, with at least 2+ years at a Manager level.
  • Strong expertise in 360° digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid media campaigns, analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent understanding of the digital, social, and influencer marketing landscapes and the ability to leverage these tactics for brand growth and engagement.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager), Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, WooCommerce and WordPress with experienced in website maintenance, updating graphics, and copy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
  • Solid understanding of the business sales process and experience in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Ability to work within and develop new brand guidelines, ensuring brand integrity across all channels.
  • Experience managing content-driven properties or digital publications is a plus.
