Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in investment operations, asset management, banking, fund administration or related financial services environment.
• Ability to lead people and initiatives, influence stakeholders and bring teams together.
• Strong judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and clearly communicate complex issues.
• Proactive, accountable and improvement-oriented approach with openness to technology and change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product transition and operational readiness across global funds and mandates, including account activation and market openings.
• Coordinate with investment management, trading, operations, legal, compliance and external counterparties to deliver outcomes.
• Identify roadblocks, align stakeholders and drive activities to completion.
• Provide updates on critical paths, readiness, dependencies and risks.
• Champion process simplification, stronger controls and efficiency through technology and automation.
