Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and relationship management of custodians, prime brokers and trading counterparties, including KYC/AML, account opening docs, legal agreements, and setup.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
• Analyze operational and portfolio requirements and help set up new funds.
• Participate in product and operational meetings to update onboarding progress and counterparty developments.
• Use Smartsheet, SharePoint and S&P Global CCM for project tracking and reporting.
• Maintain onboarding tools, project plans and documentation.
