Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Manager, Process & Business Data is responsible for managing process, data, and system improvement initiatives. Key duties include:

• Developing transformation and digital roadmaps
• Implementing analytics strategies and data governance
• Building data platforms and products
• Linking business, operations, and technology
• Leading data-driven initiatives and standardization efforts
• Collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and systems
• Providing expertise to drive strategic solutions
• Leading reporting and analytics development
• Proposing system and technology improvements

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Management, or relevant experience
• 8+ years of management, analytics, and technology experience
• Supervisory and departmental management experience
• Experience in systems analysis, design, and solution development
