The Manager, Pro In-Store Program Development is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs, processes, and strategic initiatives that support the growth and operational excellence of the Pro In-Store business.
This role serves as the business lead and subject matter expert for customer management platforms, operational processes, and digital transformation initiatives. The manager partners closely with the different streams of the broader Pro team, Store Operations, Marketing, Loyalty, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support teams to deliver customer-centric solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support the organization’s growth objectives.
The role combines program management, business analysis, change management, process optimization, and strategic project leadership.
Frequent communications with internal/external partners and/or clients/employees outside of Québec.
