Job summary

Doane Grant Thornton is seeking a Manager in the Privately Held Business Group in Ontario. You will lead client engagements across industries, contribute to new business development, and act as a leader in the office by shaping the business plan.

You will optimize engagement profitability and mentor staff while delivering high-quality service. You will work with diverse clients, gaining exposure to corporate and personal tax planning, financial statements, and advisory projects.

Qualifications

• Leading and executing client engagements under varying reporting frameworks across industries.
• Contributing to new business development by understanding all Doane Grant Thornton services and by using credibility in the field.
• Acting as a leader in the business unit, service line, and firm with active contribution to the office business plan.
• Maximizing engagement profitability by effectively utilizing engagement resources.
