KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to provide exceptional service, gather information, resolve issues, and recommend business and process enhancements.
• Exhibit technical expertise and a solid understanding of professional standards, serving as a resource for staff.
• Allocate work assignments based on workload, priorities, and employee strengths, fostering collaboration to achieve tasks.
• Oversee engagement planning and manage project financials (including budgets, WIP, billing, etc.).
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their technical and professional skills while providing performance feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
• Strong grasp of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles and standards.
• Collaborative and effective communicator who ensures the needs of clients and colleagues are met.
• Proficient with accounting and tax software such as CaseWare and TaxPrep.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
