Job summary

Autismservices is seeking an experienced Private Enterprise Manager/Senior Manager to lead engagements for owner‑managed businesses. You will review compilations, file taxes, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff while driving growth for the firm.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA designation or are near completion, with at least three years in public practice focused on compilations. Strong client communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or CPA candidate nearing completion.
• Accounting diploma or degree from a recognized post‑secondary institution.
• Minimum three years of public practice experience primarily focused on compilation engagements.
• Experience with Caseware and TaxPrep is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Professionalism and commitment to client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development and help grow the firm’s client base.
• Perform other accounting and advisory duties as required.
