• CPA designation or working toward completion.
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing private company clients in a public accounting environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting, assurance, and tax principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a small or mid-sized public accounting firm is considered an asset.
