Organika Health Products is seeking a collaborative program manager and educator to grow our Practitioner Program and strengthen retail product education across BC and Canada. You will coordinate practitioner engagement, events, and trainings while partnering with Brand, Sales, Product, Regulatory, and Digital teams to deliver high-quality education experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in program management or education.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience building relationships across teams.
• Confidence delivering presentations, training, and educational sessions.
• Travel up to 20% across BC and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage program plans, timelines, events, communications, and day-to-day operations.
• Support practitioner onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate webinars, conferences, educational events, and community-building activities.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for the Practitioner Program Lead and support practitioner relationships.
• Manage the annual practitioner education calendar, including webinars, resources, and engagement campaigns.
• Coordinate the creation, review, approval, and distribution of practitioner-facing educational materials.
• Support webinar execution, speaker coordination, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
• Identify education gaps and opportunities through practitioner feedback and program insights.
• Partner with Sales to identify retail education opportunities and knowledge gaps.
• Ensure educational materials are current, compliant, and accessible.
• Track program performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain dashboards, reporting, and operational processes.

About the Role

Organika is looking for a collaborative program manager and confident educator to help grow our Practitioner Program and strengthen retail product education.

In this role, you'll turn strategy into action by coordinating practitioner engagement, educational initiatives, events, communications, and retail training. You'll work closely with our external Practitioner Program Lead and cross-functional teams including Brand, Sales, Product, Regulatory, and Digital to deliver exceptional practitioner and retail education experiences.

What You'll Do

Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Brand, Product, Regulatory, Sales, Digital, and other teams to execute program initiatives.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and distribution of educational content.
• Track program performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain dashboards, reporting, and operational processes.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5+ years of experience in program management, education, training, practitioner engagement, trade marketing, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building relationships and coordinating stakeholders across teams.
• Confidence delivering presentations, training, and educational sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in wellness, nutrition, natural health products, supplements, or healthcare is an asset.
• Familiarity with CRM, webinar, learning management, or reporting tools is an asset.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% for practitioner events, conferences, retail training, and industry engagements across BC and occasionally within Canada.
