Beanfield, a growing Canadian telecom with a strong west coast and eastern footprint, seeks an experienced Manager of Payroll & Benefits. You will own the payroll and benefits function, lead ADP Workforce Now administration, and partner with HR and finance to deliver accurate, compliant payroll services for 300–1,000 employees across Canada.
You’ll drive process improvements, support annual renewals, and contribute to employee experience with clear communications and robust reporting.

As our Manager, Payroll & Benefits, you will lead the day-to-day payroll, benefits, and HRIS operations while driving process improvements and supporting a best-in-class employee experience.
We are always looking for better ways to work. In this role you will:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive payroll experience.
Minimum 3 years leading payroll operations.
Experience administering payroll for 300–1,000 employees.
Experience with federally regulated employers preferred.
Strong benefits administration experience.
Advanced experience with ADP Workforce Now.
National Payroll Institute member.
Advanced knowledge of:
ADP Workforce Now.
Payroll legislation.
Benefits administration.
HRIS administration.
Reporting and analytics.

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The STIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the STIP’s eligibility requirements.
