Our Values

We Are Challengers We lead the way. We disrupt the industry by thinking differently, moving quickly, and taking ownership. We operate with a startup mentality and believe in building and investing in our own infrastructure, and our people.

We Are United We operate as one team. Collaboration is core to how we work, and every idea matters. We believe strong partnerships and shared ownership lead to better outcomes.

We Care We care deeply about our employees, partners, customers, and communities. We build trust through open communication, thoughtful decisions, and a relentless focus on our brand and customer experience.

The Role

We are seeking an Application Analyst to support, configure, and optimize our core enterprise applications. This role requires an analyst who is proficient in a wide range of standard IT procedures within the application domain and can work independently to deliver on project-level goals with minimal oversight. As the hands‑on expert for your team’s technology domain, you will leverage a deep, practical understanding of applications and infrastructure to resolve complex, non‑routine technical issues. You will be responsible for navigating how application workflows intersect with adjacent teams, such as Networking and Software Engineering, ensuring seamless cross‑functional integration.

You will play a key role in defining and advocating for the team’s technical standards, helping to establish ‘the right way’ to do things while role modeling a supportive, team‑first mindset.

What You’ll Do

Application Delivery & Problem Solving

Independent Delivery: Manage your own time and tasks within a broader project plan, delivering project‑level goals with minimal oversight.

Complex Troubleshooting: Resolve moderately complex technical application problems, or issues that do not have routine solutions, that may require investigation but fall within your domain.

Application Health: Apply standard procedures to ensure application health and effectively mitigate system interruptions.

Process Improvement: Use best practices and knowledge of functional issues to improve application processes, designs, or services.

Technical Proficiency & Standards

Standard Procedures: Utilize your proficiency in a wide range of standard IT procedures (e.g., application configuration, system integration monitoring, data validation) to maintain system health.

Advocating Standards: Play a key role in defining and advocating for your team's technical standards and best practices, establishing "the right way" to execute application support and configuration.

Team Alignment: Understand the responsibilities of adjacent teams within the broader IT function (e.g., how the networking or database team's work enables application support) and clearly understand how your work intersects with theirs.

Team Support: Actively connect with peers to both ask for and offer help. Role model proactive communication and a supportive team‑first mindset.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or a related technical field.

Proven experience managing your own time and delivering project‑level goals with minimal oversight.

Demonstrated ability to resolve moderately complex technical problems that require investigation.

Experience defining technical standards or best practices for an application team.

in one or more areas.

Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

Monitoring and log management tools (e.g., Grafana)
