Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Manager, Omni Acceleration Insights in Toronto. Hybrid work (3 days/week) with a focus on analyzing shopper activations and ecommerce performance, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to boost growth across Omni, Sales & Marketing.

You will partner with Global Ecommerce and Retail teams, build dashboards, and communicate findings to stakeholders to influence planning and execution across channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of Canadian retail landscape and consumer trends (in-store and online).

• Support dashboards and reports to track sales and KPIs for Omni.
• Collaborate with GECO on key business projects and reporting.

Manager, Omni Acceleration Insights at a glance

Location: Toronto, ON

Hybrid: 3 days/week

Kraft Heinz is looking for a seasoned leader to join our team as a Manager, Omni Acceleration Insights. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting shopper experience activations & ecommerce performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Omni, Sales & Marketing) to develop and implement data-driven recommendations, storytelling for internal & external sell-ins that focus on enhancing our shopper activations and e-commerce platforms.

What's on the menu?

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Canadian retail landscape & consumer trends both in-store and on-line
• Work closely with the Omni & Cross-Functional Teams to understand retailer’s business and provide data driven insights and recommendations on shopper experience activations, loyalty and e-commerce initiatives
• Support existing performance routines with dashboard & reports to track sales and key performance indicators for Omni
• Collaborate with the Global Ecommerce team (GECO) on key business advancing projects
• Collaborate with the Retail Media Manager & Digital Shelf Associate Manager in key reporting & recommendation driven analytics for Media & Digital Content Effectiveness
• Support Omni team in storytelling internally and externally on key recommendations and opportunities
• Support on annual business planning & customer planning processes with insights and recommendations
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

• Proven experience in category management, marketing analytics, e-comm analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data sets and communicate insights effectively
• Excellent communication, storytelling and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to develop complex reporting using multiple datasets and proficiency in Powerpoint
• Experience with POS & Loyalty program management and e-commerce platforms portals (such Circana, LDIA, dunnhumby) and experience with 3rd party consumption/ shopper behavior providers (such Nielsen, Profitero, Numerator)

New Hire Base Salary Range

$96,000.00 - $120,000.00

Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
