  • Partner with business leaders, site teams, and Data and Analytics to use benchmarking and performance analytics to identify improvement opportunities, optimize service delivery, implement scalable solutions, and realize measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise initiatives and cross‑functional programs that advance operational capability, standardization, innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Provide operations budget guidance for nationally scoped projects, contracts, and consultants.
  • Maintain and share leading practices and strategic advice for core operational programs by building relationships across the global organization and externally with agencies, industry partners, and real estate standards bodies.
  • Provide property operations guidance and support for relevant industry certifications, including SHORE, BOMA, and LEED.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business leaders and site teams to advance operational programs, performance, and action plans and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct or oversee annual building risk assessments across Canadian asset classes and bring forward new policies and standards for appropriate senior leadership review and approval.
