Qualifications

• Licensure: Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists is required (or evidence of eligibility for registration).
• Education: Undergraduate Degree in Pharmacy or a related Health Sciences field.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in a healthcare environment, ideally with a focus on hospital operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of pharmacy information systems, automated dispensing models, and clinical technology.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply Lean principles and change management strategies to complex clinical environments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY
