Your Role

Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Modelling:

  • Developing detailed annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts to guide the company’s financial planning.
  • Involving key stakeholders in budget and forecasting cycles, collecting information on important drivers of success.
  • Creating financial models to support strategic decision making and long-term planning.

Performance Monitoring, Trend Analysis, and Reporting:

  • Tracking and analyzing financial performance, identifying variances, and providing insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Conducting analysis of financial and project trends to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Preparing comprehensive financial reports for corporate leadership as well as Design Services and Client Services management teams highlighting trends and financial risks to be used in monitoring and decision making.

Project Billing Operations:

  • Developing and managing the corporate project billing process.
  • Ensuring that project billing occurs efficiently and effectively each month.
  • Collaborating with other leaders in the company on process improvements.
  • Overseeing project accounting and analysis to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Managing Assigned Finance Staff:

  • Setting goals and creating plans to meet them, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Ensuring team members have the necessary tools and resources.
  • Encouraging team members to perform, ensuring the team is aligned with the goals and addressing and resolving issues within the team as they arise.
  • Monitoring individual staff and team performance and providing continuous improvement feedback.
  • Ensuring team members comply with company policies and regulations.
