Job summary

Saskatoon Community Clinic is seeking a Permanent Full-time Manager of Clinical Office Assistants and Receptionists. You will lead the reception department, supervise COAs and reception staff, and partner with clinical leadership to deliver patient- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflow, enforcing standards, and driving continuous quality improvement across the clinic’s front-end operations.

Qualifications

  • Must have office education certificate or equivalent amount of education and experience.
  • Two years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated progressively responsible leadership roles.
  • Medical terminology certificate required.
  • Medical Office Assistant diploma would be considered an asset.
  • A valid criminal record check will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise COAs and Receptionists.
  • Oversee the reception department to ensure quality patient and family services.
  • Lead clinical and support staff using continuous quality improvement methods.
  • Coordinate front-end operations and workflow for the clinic.

SCC is seeking a Permanent Full-time Manager of Clinical Office Assistants and Receptionists. The Manager is accountable for the efficient, effective provision of the reception department which includes COAs and Receptionists. The Manager manages and supervises clinical staff and support staff in the provision of high-quality patient and family-oriented services using continuous quality improvement methods and practice.
