Job summary

Conexus Credit Union in Saskatchewan is seeking a results-driven leader to serve as Manager, Mortgage Specialty Services. You will lead the Mobile Mortgage Specialists and Associates, delivering strong member experiences and expanding Conexus’ presence in the residential mortgage market.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, identify opportunities through networking, and contribute to strategies that grow memberships and relationships. This role closes on Oct 4, 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in consumer lending.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in leadership with experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing sales or advice-based teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgages, mortgage products and the broader financial services industry.
• A demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with external partners, brokers, community organizations and internal stakeholders.

• Leading, developing and coaching a team of Mobile Mortgage Specialists and Associates.
• Ensuring your team is providing mortgage and basic financial services solutions that meet member’s needs and support their financial goals.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities within the mortgage industry through networking, relationship building and community involvement.
• Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to strategies that support membership and business growth.
• Providing input and recommendations to senior management based on industry trends, emerging market trends and insights into competitor products and services.

We’re looking for an inspiring, results driven leader to come on board as our Manager, Mortgage Specialty Services. In this role, you’ll provide leadership to the mobile mortgage services team, supporting a strong member experience while identifying opportunities to grow memberships, deepen relationships and expand Conexus’ presence in the residential mortgage market.

Salary range

$87,353 - $116,471 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target and additional commission eligibility
