Job summary

Conexus Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for the 8th Street Saskatoon location. You will lead a team to deliver world-class member advice and financial services while driving revenue and ensuring policy compliance.

You will coach staff, foster strong member relationships, and promote a sales-driven culture aligned with branch targets and strategic objectives. A focus on community engagement and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

We’re looking for a dynamic and business-minded individual to come on board as our Branch Manager to support our 8 th Street location in Saskatoon. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically will play an essential role in leading your branch to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members’ needs.

• Experience in both personal and small business banking, is an asset
• Solid sales management experience and the ability to market Conexus in your community
• The ability to build strong relationships focused on providing a great member experience and growing relationships with new and existing members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Conexus member-facing applications
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Salary Range

$86,060 - $126,140 with a 15% Short Term Incentive Target
