Job summary

Conexus Credit Union in Regina seeks a forward-thinking Team Leader for the Business Support Centre. You will lead the team, deliver services to meet members’ needs, and adapt to new technologies while guiding projects and testing environments.

The role requires at least 2+ years in leadership and exposure to Agriculture or Commercial lending, with a focus on coaching, collaboration, and customer experience.

The bigger picture

We’re looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking person to come on board as our Team Leader, Business Support Centre. You will lead the Business Support team to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members’ needs. This includes adapting to new technologies and providing knowledge and expertise to task forces, projects and testing environments.

The preferred location for this position is within Regina, Moosomin, or Saskatoon, however this opportunity is open to any Conexus location, as long as space is available.

The experience you bring

Salary Range:

$78,175 - $97,714 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
