As Manager of the payor solutions marketing team, you will play a critical role in TELUS Health's mission to revolutionize healthcare through innovative technology. You will lead your team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting both private and public sector B2B customers, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and driving market awareness for our healthcare solutions portfolio. The position requires a marketing professional with strong understanding of the Canadian private and public payor systems and expertise in B2B healthcare marketing.
The ideal candidate will excel in developing compelling marketing narratives, creating targeted campaigns to drive growth and customer engagement, and most importantly, leading a high performing and highly engaged team. By leveraging their marketing expertise,industry knowledge and leadership skills, they will play a crucial role in reinforcing TELUS Health's market position, increasing brand awareness, and driving growth across private and public sectors.
What You Bring
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Salary Range: $94,000-$142,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 20%
