Best Life Enterprises is hiring a full-time Marketing & Growth Manager to work on-site at our Sylvan Lake office. The role involves leading marketing, advertising, social media, and digital brand growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads)
• Update and maintain the company website (WordPress, WooCommerce)
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns and sales funnels
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Support launches of digital products and promotions
• Collaborate with the founder to execute the company's vision
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Provide general support to grow the business

Qualifications

• Creative, organized, and self-motivated

Work Schedule & Location

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. In-person role at 90E Hewlett Park Landing, Sylvan Lake, Alberta. Remote work is not available.

Compensation

Starting at $20.00/hour, approximately 32.5 hours per week, with additional commission pay.
