Manager, Marketing (12-Month Contract)
Working in the dynamic environment of the global Four Seasons Marketing department, the Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the world-class Commercial team that leads the strategic development and roll out of a global portfolio marketing strategy and a new customer acquisition strategy for one of the world’s leading luxury brands.
Working with a cross-functional team across the enterprise Commercial organization, this position will lead strategic marketing integration of business units including all Hotels & Resorts worldwide, Restaurants & Bars, Villa & Residence Rentals, and branded Private Residences, driving portfolio marketing excellence and advancing our strategic global acquisition marketing efforts across all lines of business.
What You’ll Be Doing
New-to-Brand Acquisition Marketing Strategy
- Oversee strategic evolution and ongoing implementation of global integrated acquisition marketing strategy across global, regional and local marketing practices, lines of business, and key global stakeholders.
- Manage new-to-brand customer insights analyses in partnership with global Insights team to identify key hypotheses to focus marketing acquisition efforts for maximum return.
- Manage design, execution, reporting and scaled roll out of acquisition test and learn program in partnership with line of business leads and global centres of excellence across Commercial team.
- Work as key liaison to global Loyalty strategy and marketing leads to optimize engagement and retention opportunities with newly acquired guests.
- Manage strategic annual planning for 2026 new-to-brand acquisition marketing efforts to support Masterbrand and all lines of business in maximizing acquisition marketing efforts through data and insight-led strategies and recommendations.
- Act as key liaison across global marketing and commercial functions to design and enhance paid, owned and earned cross-channel and investment strategy to drive acquisition.
- Lead the development and execution of new-to-brand acquisition marketing training programs and materials to guide local marketing efforts of global portfolio of 133+ new hotels worldwide.
Integrated Portfolio Marketing
- Develop and scale integrated portfolio marketing initiatives to cross-promote and cross-sell during key seasonal periods, working in partnership with regional marketing leads and lines of business marketing leads to maximize overall business impact.
- Lead integrated global campaign strategy development and execution in collaboration with regional marketing leads to drive consideration and direct bookings across all regions during key priority stay periods.
- Lead strategic marketing best practice scaling across regions and lines of businesses to ensure constant focus on innovation and applied learnings in real time.
- Develop and scale new marketing campaign frameworks and best-practice models across Commercial teams to strengthen marketing practices across portfolio, with focus on data and insights-led planning.
- Manage integrated strategic priorities planning and quarterly marketing calendars with regions and key lines of business.
New Hotel Openings Marketing
- Global marketing integration lead driving evolution of go-to-market strategic framework for 22+ new hotel openings in 2025 and 2026.
- Central strategic integrated marketing lead supporting the implementation of key new hotel openings in partnership with regional marketing and global centres of excellence to drive innovation and maximize business and brand results.
- Lead liaison across Commercial team and key enterprise stakeholders to adopt and operationalize newly-enhanced framework, capabilities and tactics across new openings pipeline worldwide.
- Manage master integrated marketing campaign calendar across all new openings across paid/owned/earned media.
What You Bring
- 8-10 years strategic marketing experience, able to translate business and strategic objectives into effective data-driven marketing programs.
- College or University degree, preferably in a business or marketing communications program. MBA an asset.
- Previous management experience in an integrated strategic marketing role. Strong data and analytical background. An excellent project manager with strong business acumen who is able to lead and execute multi-channel projects with diverse stakeholders.
- A leader who can build strong business relationships across disciplines with proven ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.
- A deep understanding of integrated marketing channels, with direct experience in paid media strategy and analytics.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional marketing disciplines to drive measurable business results.
- Direct experience developing marketing plans for multiple lines of business from inception, through to execution.
- Proven experience in developing and executing new product launch marketing strategies and customer acquisition integrated marketing strategies to drive measurable business results.
- Proficiency in data, insights and analytics practices and platforms to drive marketing strategies.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- Ability to promote best practices and set high standards integrated marketing practices across the network.
- Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity, while maintaining the confidentiality of the Corporate Office.
- Must be a good team player and be able to deal professionally, courteously and effectively with all levels of staff, management and external vendors or partners.
- Demonstrates keen attention to detail, follow up and ability to get things done.
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario
