The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing social media platforms, websites, marketing campaigns, events, and collateral. The role supports the Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing organization to ensure the achievement of sales goals, revenue, and margin growth.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position supports Archway’s business objectives by:

1. Monitoring paid social campaigns for accuracy and efficiency
2. Analyzing campaign performance for leads and engagement
3. Managing paid search budgets on platforms like Google and Facebook
4. Overseeing online advertisements and building relationships with publishers and online media
5. Utilizing tools such as Developer Tools, Google Analytics, and HubSpot
6. Developing trend reports and staying updated on social platform updates
7. Reviewing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to senior management
8. Managing website content, SEO updates, and analytics
9. Creating and optimizing content including blog posts, imagery, and videos
10. Organizing promotional events and trade shows
11. Collaborating across departments to produce multimedia content
12. Managing resources such as corporate documents, case studies, and proposals
13. Supporting internal communications and inquiries

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, a minimum of 2 years in marketing, experience in advertising and sales environments, and strong communication skills. Hands-on experience with content management is essential.
