Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in modifications of structures, installation of new systems, repairs, and maintenance of building systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Review work of lower-level trades workers for completeness and competency.
• Coordinate work schedules and plan projects.
• Utilize computer software for maintenance scheduling, project tracking, and communication.
• Use tools, equipment, and test devices to perform testing and diagnostics.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and codes for equipment installation.
• Calculate material needs and prepare requisitions.
• Liaise with contractors on projects and attend departmental meetings.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.

Qualifications
