Scotiabank in Toronto seeks a results-driven loyalty marketing professional to manage partner relationships and drive new client growth through co-branded campaigns.
You will plan and execute joint acquisition initiatives with Marketing, Product and Channel teams, track performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

To support the day-to-day management and activation of the partner relationship, with a primary focus on driving net new client growth for Scotiabank. This role is responsible for executing partner-led acquisition initiatives, coordinating campaigns and offers, and translating partner opportunities into measurable customer growth across priority banking product.
Project Volume: Oversees 10-15 loyalty campaigns and initiatives annually, including partner activations and client communications.
Financial Accountability: Manages an annual operating budget of $3-5M for loyalty engagement initiatives.
Proven experience in loyalty marketing, customer engagement, or related fields.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with consortium or multi-partner programs is an asset.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving measurable results
Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Limited travel domestically.
