About the Opportunity

The Logistics Manager leads the operation of a comprehensive Integrated Supply Chain service for NSH, ensuring high-quality, efficient service aligned with policies and strategic goals. The role involves participating in strategic planning related to emergency responses and supporting a provincially integrated process to develop supply chain processes, plans, and policies.

This position can be based at Aberdeen Regional, Colchester Regional, Cumberland Regional, or St. Martha's Regional.

About You
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of management experience overseeing supply chain activities in a large organization; equivalent education and experience considered.
  • Recognized Professional Supply Chain Designation (CPP/SCMP) is an asset.
  • Strong leadership, communication, financial, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs.
  • Experience with IT-driven supply chain systems.
  • Ability to delegate and work effectively with healthcare practitioners.
  • Fluency in other languages, especially French, is an asset.

Hours

Permanent, Full-time, 75 hours bi-weekly

Compensation and Benefits

$40.95 - $51.19 hourly. Benefits include health, dental, travel, disability, life insurance, and a pension plan.
