SickKids Foundation in Toronto is seeking a Manager, Leadership & Legacy Giving to grow the Leadership Giving program and increase mid-level donor support ($10,000–$99,999) including legacy opportunities as part of a holistic donor journey.
You will manage a portfolio of donors, contribute to fundraising strategy, lead stewardship and communications, and collaborate with Marketing, BI and IT to deepen engagement and revenue.

The Manager will act as a key member of the Leadership & Legacy Giving team, focused primarily on the growth and success of SickKids Foundation's Leadership Giving (mid-level giving) program. Working with donors who annually contribute $10,000 to $99,999, the Manager will develop, manage and grow sustainable revenue through one-time, recurring and multi-year gifts, while integrating legacy giving opportunities as part of a holistic donor journey.
The Manager will be responsible for the strategic relationship management of a donor portfolio, helping donors deepen their philanthropic engagement with SickKids and increase their long-term support. In addition to portfolio management, the Manager will contribute to fundraising strategy, donor communications, stewardship initiatives and portfolio analysis to support donor retention, revenue growth and an exceptional donor experience.
The Manager, Leadership & Legacy Giving reports to the Associate Director, Leadership & Legacy Giving.

$82,064.00 - $102,582.00; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $117,971.00 with demonstrated experience and proficiency. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the Manager, Leadership & Legacy Giving.
