Working across IMT, Fundraising Operations, Finance, Digital, Marketing Technology, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and business partners, this role ensures platforms and data are aligned and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Platform Product Ownership, Modernization, and Delivery

· Own the CRM and fundraising platform ecosystem, including roadmap, backlog, releases, service performance, technical debt, adoption, and lifecycle management.

· Translate enterprise priorities into clear delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement within the CRM and data governance portfolio.
· Rationalize platforms and capabilities to reduce duplication, complexity, cost, customization, and vendor dependency.
· Ensure CRM platforms and related capabilities comply with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, and delivery standards.

Donor Data Governance and Platform Integrity

· Establish and enforce governance for donor, gift, relationship, consent, preference, campaign, and engagement data maintained within CRM and fundraising platforms.
· Define data ownership, stewardship, business rules, quality standards, retention requirements, and authoritative system-of-record responsibilities in partnership with business and technology teams.
· Implement automated controls and remediation processes that improve data accuracy, completeness, consistency, traceability, and availability for reporting, analytics, automation, and AI.
· Identify and manage material operational, technology, data, and delivery risks related to CRM platforms and donor data.
· Support strong data governance practices that enable trusted decision-making, reliable reporting, and improved donor experience.

Fundraising Operations and Payment Capability

· Own the technology capabilities supporting gift processing, recurring giving, pledges, donor servicing, transaction processing, receipting inputs, and reconciliation.
· Partner with Fundraising Operations and Finance to maintain transaction integrity, auditability, service levels, and alignment across donor, gift, payment, and financial records.
· Define CRM and reconciliation requirements for digital payment migrations led by Website & Digital Platforms.
· Approve operational readiness for payment-related changes and assume steady-state payment platform ownership following transition.
· Ensure fundraising and payment capabilities are scalable, secure, well-documented, and aligned with business requirements.

Automation, AI, and Operational Excellence

· Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities across fundraising operations, donor servicing, data stewardship, workflow management, and platform administration.
· Use automation and applied technical leadership to simplify work, accelerate delivery, improve data quality, and reduce reliance on incremental staffing.
· Maintain reliable, secure, scalable, and recoverable platforms through effective monitoring, change control, incident management, documentation, and root-cause remediation.
· Measure improvements in productivity, cycle time, quality, adoption, platform performance, and business value.
· Drive continuous improvement through standardization, documentation, benchmarking, and disciplined operational practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Enterprise Leadership

· Partner across IMT and business functions to deliver Foundation-wide outcomes related to CRM modernization, fundraising operations, data governance, digital payments, analytics, automation, and AI.
· Work closely with Fundraising Operations, Finance, Digital, Marketing Technology, Data Integration, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Enterprise Architecture, and business partners to ensure cohesive platform delivery.
· Provide clear direction, coaching, accountability, and development for team members and future leaders.
· Support enterprise planning by providing accurate capacity, demand, risk, dependency, and value information to inform decisions.

Vendor and Financial Management

· Manage vendors, contracts, licensing, service performance, and operational costs within delegated authority.
· Maximize value from existing platform investments while identifying opportunities to reduce cost, duplication, and operational risk.
· Monitor vendor performance, platform costs, and contract obligations to ensure value realization and sustainability.
