The Role

As a Manager in our Insolvency & Restructuring practice, no two weeks will ever look the same.

You may find yourself:

• Advising lenders on distressed borrower situations
• Helping business owners navigate financial challenges
• Managing corporate bankruptcies, proposals, receiverships, and restructuring mandates
• Working alongside lawyers, bankers, investors, and senior executives
• Investigating financial matters and uncovering critical insights
• Leading client engagements from planning through execution
• Mentoring and developing the next generation of professionals
• Contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships

• Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic solutions in complex situations
