THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Reporting into the Director, Individual Direct Channel, this role will be responsible for the following:

Group Conversion Program Management:

  • Own execution on the strategic plan for Group Conversion on key pillars as required to triple business outcomes over the next 3-5 years (Access to members, Speed to Act, Data & Analytics, In Plan member experience)
  • Lead process deep dives and reconstruction/optimization as required to drive sales growth
  • Operational ownership of all components of the Group Conversion program
  • Develop a deep understanding of sponsor needs and opportunities relating to Group Conversion; own the sponsor exclusion list & process; provide support on specific needs such as mass layoffs, industry struggles, etc., participate in sponsor facing meetings as required
  • Complaint investigation & resolution for Group Conversion issues
  • Own the launch of MGA focused campaigns required to drive Group Conversion rate increases

Individual Direct Channel (IDC) Program Management:

  • Directly or through their team, establish and manage the project plan for all IDC projects each year, providing cross-functional support to the IDC Leadership team
  • Customer Experience owner for the IDC working in partnership with the Enterprise Customer Experience team

Partnerships:

  • Establish partnerships with the Group Benefits Business Development teams and serve as the key point of contact for the IDC
  • Establish partnership with the IND MGA/Advisor team and serve as the key point of contact for the IDC
  • Establish partnership with the Consumer Strategy Group and serve as the key point of contact for the IDC; ensure alignment and synergies are established across the IDC
  • Establish partnership with the Customer Experience group and serve as the key point of contact for the IDC
  • Partner with Marketing as required to drive Group Conversion needs forward

  • 5+ years of business leadership experience
  • Post-secondary education in Business or related field
