Role Overview

The Manager, Financing Solutions provides credit structuring, credit underwriting, risk management, and client support for a portfolio of diversified clients with average loan volumes greater than $2MM within a specified geographic market. This individual contributor role partners with sales & support teams to analyze financial statements, make credit decisions, conduct due diligence, and serve as the day-to-day contact for clients.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Credit Underwriting: Support branch strategy and client experience through timely credit underwriting for new and existing clients. Manage risks and client relationships for medium to large commercial clients, developing creative and competitive solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  2. Risk Management: Apply risk management skills to ensure appropriate measures and protocols are in place, balancing risk and reward in line with the bank's risk appetite. Proactively monitor and minimize operational losses.
  3. Client Experience: Act as the primary contact for daily client interactions, ensuring excellent service and support to the deal team.

Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in business banking, commercial lending, or financial services.
  • Ability to read, understand, and analyze financial statements.
  • Strong work ethic, financial acuity, organizational skills, and a desire to grow a career in financial services.
