The Manager, Financing Solutions provides credit structuring, underwriting, risk management, and client support for a diversified portfolio with average loan volumes over $2MM. This individual contributor role partners with sales & support teams to analyze financial statements, support credit decisions, and manage client relationships.

Your role includes:

  1. Credit underwriting: Supporting the branch strategy and client experience through effective credit analysis for new and existing clients, managing risks, and developing full-service solutions.
  2. Risk management: Applying risk management skills to ensure appropriate measures and protocols are in place, balancing risk and reward.
  3. Client experience: Acting as the key contact for daily client interactions, ensuring exceptional service.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting, or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in business banking or related fields.

  • Strong work ethic, organization, technical proficiency, and a desire to grow in financial services.
