What you'll be doing

• Lead complex analytical workstreams and influence outcomes through high-quality insights and financial storytelling
• Build sophisticated models (unit economics, margin bridge, cohort/retention impacts) to inform strategic decisions
• Drive performance reviews with leaders, turning results into action plans with clear ownership and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional planning inputs and ensure forecast quality, consistency, and auditability of assumptions
• Enhance management reporting through improved metrics, dashboards, and automated data pipelines where feasible
• Mentor junior analysts and review deliverables to ensure rigor, clarity, and stakeholder relevance
