Team: 3 direct reports | Reports to: Director, Customer & Commercial Finance

About This Opportunity

Join Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited in a dynamic finance leadership role where you'll gain exposure to the FSOP (Food Service On Premise) business and the product commercialization process. This is a unique opportunity to lead financial strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive performance in both daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
FSOP Finance

Lead budgeting and forecasting for the FSOP business, ensuring alignment with Sales and RGM teams

Oversee partner funding, marketing spend, and T&E tracking processes

Drive accuracy and transparency in month-end FSOP P&L reporting

Redesign funding processes with brand partners to ensure completeness and accountability

Commercial Finance

Review financial models for innovation projects and strategic initiatives

Collaborate with Commercial, RGM, and Strategy teams to evaluate project viability and category performance

Design category P&Ls alongside the Chief Commercial Officer and Category Directors

Conduct lookbacks to assess actual vs. planned profitability on key initiatives

Present financial insights to senior stakeholders through impactful storytelling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business

CPA or CFA designation is an asset

10+ years’ experience in CPG, ideally with beverage sector exposure

Deep expertise in commercial finance and financial modeling

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and manage teams

Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data

A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment

High attention to detail and commitment to financial integrity #LI-IM1
