Weare seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant who excels atmanaging competing priorities and providing exceptional executive supportwithin a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity tocontribute to the success of our Prevention Services division.
Reportingto the Vice President, Prevention Services, with a functional reportingrelationship to the Manager, Divisional Planning & Coordination, you'llprovide complex, highly confidential, and professional executive support at thesenior leadership level. As a trusted partner to the Vice President, you'llapply sound judgment, discretion, and initiative to support divisionalpriorities and ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Thisposition requires an entrepreneurial, adaptable, and forward-thinking mindset,with the confidence to navigate a fast-paced environment with discretion andprofessionalism. You will embrace evolving ways of working, including theeffective use of digital, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled tools to enhanceorganization, communication, coordination, and administrative effectiveness.
Thesuccessful candidate will work closely with Administrative Coordinators andexecutive support staff across Prevention Services to promote alignment,consistency, collaboration, and continuous improvement in leadership supportpractices throughout the division.
You’ll help ensure B.C. workers go home safely at the end of their workday.
