Job summary

Questrade Financial Group is seeking a Manager Corporate FP&A to lead budgeting and consolidation across diverse entities. You will drive business management reporting, headcount and P&L analysis, and partner with corporate teams to deliver insights.

The role requires 5+ years FP&A experience, CPA/CA or CFA designation, and advanced Excel/Sheets skills. A hybrid work environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

We’re looking for our next Manager Corporate FP&A. Could It Be You?

Working under the direction of the Director, Corporate FP&A, this individual will collaborate with other finance teams and the business to lead the budgeting process at QFG, including the consolidation of various businesses and legal entities. This role will also be in charge of business management reporting and related variance commentary.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have hands‑on experience leading budgeting cycles, a solid understanding of consolidation and management reporting processes, and excellent Excel/ Google Sheets skills.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading the annual budgeting process at QFG, including working with other finance teams and business unit/ subsidiary finance teams on assumptions alignment and inputs gathering
• Liaising with the business on KPI tracking, ensuring data is accurate and provided on a timely basis
• Preparing business management reporting deck on a monthly basis, including business entity level headcount and P&L reporting and related commentary
• Proactively identifying areas of process improvement/ automation to optimize the budget and business entity reporting process
• Preparing ad‑hoc financial analysis and modelling as necessary

• Have a post‑secondary degree in a related field
• Have a professional designation (CPA / CA, CFA) is required
• Have 5+ years related work experience in FP&A
• Have proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite products, including high proficiency with Excel/Sheets
• Have an Understanding and willingness to use AI tools, such as Gemini or Claude
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a results‑driven attitude
