RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) is seeking a Manager, Corporate Events to plan and execute in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings for clients and employees. The role involves coordinating suppliers, budgeting, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality events.
You will liaise with internal partners to ensure branding, messaging and logistics are seamless, while supporting presenters and handling on-site needs. Travel within Canada/US is possible.
As part of the RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) Corporate Events and Employee Engagement team, the Manager, Corporate Events will plan and execute in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings and events for RBC GAM clients, employees and/or other stakeholders. The Manager, Corporate Events will often be the primary point of contact with internal partners to develop effective programs to deliver high-quality client and employee experiences.
Please Note: This is an opportunity available for approximately 18 months in length.
Manage and execute external and internal corporate events including, but not limited to:
Provide comprehensive reporting, including budget management and tracking, metrics and measurement, research and analysis, and attendee surveys.
Collaborate and work closely with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues to align event management initiatives and processes with those of the event management and employee engagement team, as well as share ideas and best practices with colleagues.

The expected salary range for the above position is $67,000 - $110,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment.
